Venue and date of LINC 2022
LINC 2022 is planned as a hybrid event and will take place on-site and virtually on 6 – 9 June 2022 at the Messe Leipzig.

What are the safety rules concerning on-site participation?

Will there be an on-site industry exhibit?
Yes, we will have an industry exhibit.

LINC 2022 exhibit hours: 
Monday, 6 June: 12:00 – 18:00
Tuesday, 7 June: 08:00 – 18:00
Wednesday, 8 June: 08:00 – 18:00
Thursday, 9 June: 08:00 – 18:00

Industry exhibit dismantle starts at 18:00 on Thursday, 9 June 2022. 

LINC 2022 industry partners have the possibility a virtual presence as well. Therefore, don't miss to take a look at what industry offers you at LINC 2022 virtual platform.

Will I have access to the virtual platform, if I register for on-site participation?
Yes, with your full course registration you will also receive access information for the virtual platform, as well as for the on-demand content after the course. Excluded from this rule are day passes.

Is it necessary to install a special program on my device to participate in the virtual congress and what are the IT requirements?
No, it's not necessary. You can access the LINC virtual platform and the on-demand content (after the course) directly via the link on the LINC 2022 website:

Where can I find the on-demand content and how long will it be available?
All authorized contents of the live stream will be available as on-demand content after LINC 2022. Please keep your login data available, as you will need it to login.
There is also free on-demand content, such as learning center sessions and poster sessions on the website. The on-demand content will be available for 6 month after the course.

Will LINC 2022 share registration data with industry?
Yes, LINC 2022 will ask all registering participants whether they agree to share limited registration data with industry.
Supporting companies can sign an addendum to existing contract and send us the link to their privacy statement (in English). When documents have been duly signed and the link has been received LINC 2022 can share the data.

What are push notifications and how do they work?
Push notifications are short messages which are sent to the visitor of the website, once they accept to receive them. They are used to advertise and/or highlight parts of the programme, features of the platform, etc...
Every visitor who has agreed to, will receive our push messages. Regarding new subscribers, the last message is always sent. For example, if we send a LINC message on Monday and a Sponsor message on Tuesday, a new visitor subscribing on Wednesday will receive the last message, which is Tuesday's message.
